Some assets are uploaded by independent authors. While Vectiny facilitates access to these assets, authors retain ownership of their work.
Vectiny grants usage rights to users under these License Terms but does not transfer copyright ownership.
All licenses granted by Vectiny are non-exclusive. This means the same asset may be used by multiple users at the same time.
Vectiny reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these License Terms or the Terms of Use.
Upon termination:
You must stop using the assets
Previously published works may remain in use only if legally permitted
Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Vectiny also allows authors to publish written content such as articles, tutorials, opinions, and other editorial materials (“Stories”). These Story License Terms apply specifically to written content and are separate from asset licenses.
Authors retain full ownership and copyright of the Stories they publish on Vectiny.
By publishing a Story on Vectiny, the author grants Vectiny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and promote the Story solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Vectiny platform.
This license allows Vectiny to:
Display Stories on web and mobile interfaces
Show excerpts, previews, summaries, or thumbnails with attribution
Feature Stories in recommendations, collections, newsletters, or promotional materials
This license does not transfer ownership and applies only within Vectiny’s Services.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the author, Stories may be read and shared via platform features but may not be copied, republished, sold, or reused outside Vectiny without the author’s permission.
If an author deletes a Story or their account, Vectiny may retain cached or backup copies for a reasonable period and may continue to display Stories where required for legal, archival, or operational purposes.
