Vectiny is a digital marketplace that provides graphic design resources, templates, and creative assets for personal and commercial use, subject to the license associated with your account type.
Vectiny offers:
Free assets (with limitations)
Paid subscription plans
Ad-supported access for certain plans
A contributor (author) marketplace
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make purchases on Vectiny.
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Vectiny reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free accounts may:
Download a limited number of assets
Access assets subject to attribution requirements
See advertisements displayed on the Platform
Free account usage is subject to usage limits and licensing restrictions.
Paid plans provide enhanced access, which may include:
Increased or unlimited downloads
Use of assets without attribution
Reduced or removed advertisements
Subscription benefits depend on the specific plan selected at the time of purchase.
Assets downloaded using a free Vectiny account may be used for personal and commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given.
Attribution must be visible and clearly credit Vectiny. Where possible, it should include a link to vectiny.net.

Failure to provide attribution constitutes a violation of the license.
Users with an active paid subscription may use downloaded assets for personal and commercial purposes without attribution, unless otherwise stated on the asset page.
Regardless of account type, you may not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make assets available as standalone files
Claim authorship of assets you did not create
Use assets in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading ways
Vectiny grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use downloaded assets in accordance with your account type.
You may use Vectiny assets:
For personal and commercial projects
In digital or printed formats
As part of a larger design, project, or end product
Unless stated otherwise, free assets require attribution to Vectiny.
Example attribution:
“Designed using resources from Vectiny (vectiny.net)”
Paid subscribers may use assets without attribution unless explicitly stated.
You may NOT:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share assets as standalone files
Claim ownership of assets you did not create
Use assets in illegal, misleading, or defamatory content
Use assets in a way that competes with Vectiny or similar marketplaces
Use automated tools to download assets in bulk
If you upload content as an author, you agree that:
You own or have the necessary rights to the content
Your content does not infringe third-party rights
You grant Vectiny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to host, distribute, display, and promote your content
Vectiny may review, approve, reject, or remove content at its discretion.
Authors may be required to verify their identity.
Earnings, commissions, and payout terms are defined separately and may change over time.
Vectiny allows authors to publish written content, articles, tutorials, insights, and other editorial materials (“Stories”) on the Platform.
You retain all ownership rights to the Stories you submit, post, or display on Vectiny.
By submitting Stories to the Platform, you grant Vectiny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and promote your Stories solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
This license allows Vectiny to:
Display Stories across web and mobile interfaces
Show excerpts, previews, or summaries with attribution
Feature Stories in recommendations, collections, or editorial highlights
This license does not transfer ownership of your content and applies only within Vectiny’s Services.
You are solely responsible for the Stories you publish. You represent and warrant that your Stories:
Are original or lawfully licensed
Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Do not violate applicable laws or platform rules
Vectiny reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to Stories that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws, without prior notice.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Subscriptions:
Renew automatically unless canceled
Can be managed through your account settings
Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
Vectiny does not store full payment details.
Vectiny may display advertisements on the Platform, particularly for free or ad-supported plans.
Advertisements may be provided by third parties such as Google. Vectiny does not endorse advertised products or services.
Ad display and tracking are subject to user consent where required by law.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including branding, design, software, and original content, belong to Vectiny or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform beyond what is expressly permitted.
You agree not to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with platform security or performance
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Vectiny may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use assets ends, except for lawful uses already embedded in completed projects.
Vectiny provides the Platform and assets “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectiny shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or assets.
Vectiny may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Vectiny Creative Solution operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
